OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. INSTANT WIN GAME AND SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00:01 AM (EDT) ON 5/15/08 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 PM (EDT) ON 11/1/08.

1. TO PLAY INSTANT WIN GAME AND ENTER SWEEPSTAKES: Complete official registration form available through www.combosnation.com and follow the on-screen instructions to proceed. PLAYS MUST BE COMPLETED, AND SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED, BY 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON 11/1/08. Each play will be deemed to have been submitted by the record holder of the email address from which the play originated. Limit: one (1) play per email address per person per day. Instant Win Game: If you are the first player to play on or after the predetermined time and date for the most recent prize message made available, you will receive a game message that says “You won” and you will win the prize indicated, subject to verification of eligibility. Winning dates and times will be randomly predetermined under the supervision of Ventura Associates, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes: Each time you play the Instant Win Game you will automatically be entered once into the Sweepstakes described in paragraph 5 below.

2. PRIZES AND ODDS: One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: The Ultimate Mancation, awarded in the form of a six (6) day/five (5) night trip for four (4) to Daytona Beach, FL, including round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) or round-trip limousine transportation from winner’s home if winner resides within 150 miles of Daytona Beach, FL (as determined by Sponsor), double occupancy hotel accommodations, a six (6) day/five (5) night Sport Utility car rental, four (4) tickets to the NASCAR® race scheduled to be held in Daytona Beach, FL on 2/15/09 (the “Race”) (seats selected by the Sponsor), the opportunity for the Grand Prize winner to serve as honorary crew chief on the day of the Race, and $1,000 spending money awarded in the form of a VISA Gift Card. VISA Gift Card subject to terms, conditions and restrictions stated thereon. Lost or stolen VISA Gift Cards will not be replaced. Void where prohibited, restricted or taxed. Car rental subject to winner and/or trip participants holding a valid driver’s license and qualifying as an eligible driver under applicable car rental policy (including the attainment of age 25) and other rental car company terms and conditions. Car rental does not include gas, tolls, parking, fees, collision waiver insurance, or any other related fees. Winner and trip participants must follow instructions of the track manager and Sponsor’s representatives, and must comply with all applicable track safety precautions. If, for any reason, the Race and/or opportunity to serve as crew chief on the day of the Race are postponed or cancelled, Sponsor will have no further responsibility for that portion(s) of the Grand Prize, and the Grand Prize trip will be awarded without Race tickets and/or without the opportunity to serve as crew chief, as the case may be, on the same itinerary. All other expenses not described in prize description above (including, but not limited to, additional ground transportation, meals, food and beverages and gratuities) and taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winner and trip participants must travel together on same itinerary on dates specified by Sponsor (which are subject to change) or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions apply. Actual value of prize trip will depend upon winner’s point of departure and dates of travel. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $25,000. Ten (10) Instant Win Game First Prizes: Each Instant Win Game First Prize will consist of one (1) of the following items, to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion: one (1) Mounted Memories Mark Martin Autographed Plate with Piece of Race Used Tire (two (2) available); OR one (1) Mounted Memories Kyle Busch Autographed Photo with Piece of Race Used Tire (two (2) available); OR one (1) Mounted Memories Carl Edwards Autographed Photo with Piece of Race Used Tire (two (2) available); OR one (1) Mounted Memories Kevin Harvick Autographed Plate with Piece of Race Used Tire (two (2) available); OR one (1) Mounted Memories Ryan Newman Autographed Plate with Piece of Race Used Tire (two (2) available). ARV: $150 each. Five Hundred (500) Instant Win Game Second Prizes: one (1) $10 VISA Gift Card. Subject to terms, conditions and restrictions stated on VISA Gift Card. Lost or stolen VISA Gift Cards will not be replaced. Void where prohibited, restricted or taxed. ARV: $10 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $31,500. Odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend upon the date and time of each play. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize and one (1) Instant Win Game First Prize per family or household. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor responsible only for delivery of prize; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of prize winners.

3. INSTANT WIN PRIZE CLAIMS: Each potential winner will be notified via email using the information provided on his or her official registration form. Unclaimed/unawarded Instant Win Game prizes will be awarded in a Second Chance Drawing described below (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries). No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the unlikely event that winning messages for any Instant Win Game prize level are distributed in numbers greater than the number stated in these rules for such prize level, that stated number of winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize level.

4. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: Any Instant Win Game prizes that are not claimed/awarded will be awarded in a Second Chance Drawing, assuming a sufficient number of eligible entries. Each time you play the Instant Win Game, you will be automatically entered in the Second Chance Drawing. Winners will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 11/15/08 by Ventura Associates. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the number of unclaimed/unawarded Instant Win Game prizes that are included in the Second Chance Drawing. Winners will be notified by email.

5. SELECTION OF SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 11/15/08 by Ventura Associates. Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be notified by overnight mail.

6. ELIGIBILITY: Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 13 or older as of 5/15/08 except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.

7. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner and Instant Win Game First Prize winners will, and Instant Win Game Second Prize winners may, be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Entry into this Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes constitutes prize winners’ agreement to sign such releases. Each Grand Prize trip participant (or parent/legal guardian if such participant is a minor) must sign a travel release. Prize may be awarded to alternate winner if affidavit and releases are not returned within 7 days after mailing to winner or if prize notification letter or email or prize is returned as undeliverable. If Sweepstakes Grand Prize or an Instant Win Game prize is won by a minor, it may be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Allow 6-8 weeks for prize delivery. Prize winners agree to use of name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law, any such use with respect to minors to be subject to prior approval of parent or legal guardian. Prize claims and entries are sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

8. GENERAL: This Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor and judges not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due, or misdirected entries, mail or communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and judges not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's email account to receive email messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to register for or to play the Instant Win Game or enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or play will be disqualified. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a random drawing to award the Sweepstakes Grand Prize and all remaining Instant Win Game prizes will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Second Chance Drawing prior to such time, providing a sufficient number of such entries were received. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and all of his or her entries) from this Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if s/he tampers with the entry process or if his or her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes. By accepting prize, winners agree to release Sponsor, its directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities.

9. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS INSTANT WIN GAME AND SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WINNERS LIST: To obtain list of Grand Prize and First Prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Combos Brand “The Ultimate Mancation” IWG and Sweepstakes Winner List, PO Box 9340, Medford, NY 11738-9340. Requests must be received by 11/1/08. Winners list will be sent after selection and verification of winners.
